If we miss this deadline through no fault of yours, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the project fee. The refund is not applicable if delays are caused by late content delivery, change requests after approval, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to pause or withhold delivery if payments are not made per agreed terms.
The number of revision rounds included in your project is specified in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate. A "revision" is a minor change to an approved design; a substantial change in direction or scope constitutes a new work order.
Upon receipt of full payment, you own all custom design assets and code created specifically for your project. We retain ownership of any proprietary frameworks, components, or tools that existed prior to your project and that we incorporated into your website.
You grant us permission to display your completed website in our portfolio and use it for marketing purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.
You represent that all content, images, and materials you supply to us are either owned by you or that you have the necessary rights and licences to use them.
Glide Websites can host your website on our managed server as part of an ongoing maintenance package. Pricing for hosting and maintenance will be specified separately. If you prefer to host on your own server, we will provide the necessary files and one free setup session.
We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or security incidents on third-party hosting infrastructure that we do not manage.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Glide Websites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services or this website, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 3 months preceding the claim.
